Vertex Ops LLC provides one-time roofing supplement writing services. By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Pricing and Billing

• Services are one-time request fees only.
• Current fees are USD 200 and USD 300, as shown at checkout.
• No subscriptions, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewals.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Scope of Work

Service scope is based on information provided by the customer at submission. Requests outside the original scope may require a separate request and fee.

Delivery and Revisions

Estimated delivery windows are provided on the website or during intake. Delays may occur if required files or clarifications are missing. Any included revisions must be requested within a reasonable period after delivery.

Refunds and Cancellations

Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Ops LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific request giving rise to the claim.
