Billing Model

Vertex Ops offers one-time service requests only. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

When Refunds Are Available

• Accidental duplicate payments.
• Service not started and cancellation requested promptly.
• Other cases approved by Vertex Ops at its sole discretion.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• Work has already started on your request.
• Work has been delivered according to the agreed scope.
• Insufficient information was provided and no response was received after follow-up.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@vertexops.com with your request details and payment receipt. We review requests in the order received.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and can take several business days.
